Fatah Official says Hamas Asked for Time on Government Date : 25/2/2012   Time : 10:36 CAIRO, February 25, 2012 (WAFA) ? Chief Fatah representative to the reconciliation talks and member of Fatah Central Committee Azzam al-Ahmad said Friday that Hamas has asked for time before discussing the national unity government formation.

  • (4) the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work."
